- Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles including sales reps, merchandisers, warehouse staff, drivers, and factory workers.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and deployment of staff across outlets, warehouses, and distribution points.
- Implement and monitor attendance, shift schedules, resumption time, and punctuality for high-volume FMCG operations.
- Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking for sales, production, and operations staff.
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, warning letters, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company HR policies, and FMCG operational standards.
- Support payroll inputs, staff records management, and HR reporting.
- Work closely with operations and line managers to address manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Assist with training coordination, staff development, and retention strategies within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
