Key Deliverables

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles including sales reps, merchandisers, warehouse staff, drivers, and factory workers.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and deployment of staff across outlets, warehouses, and distribution points.
  • Implement and monitor attendance, shift schedules, resumption time, and punctuality for high-volume FMCG operations.
  • Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking for sales, production, and operations staff.
  • Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, warning letters, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company HR policies, and FMCG operational standards.
  • Support payroll inputs, staff records management, and HR reporting.
  • Work closely with operations and line managers to address manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Assist with training coordination, staff development, and retention strategies within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years HR experience in the FMCG sector.

Essential Qualities
