Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR activities, providing an excellent foundation for a career in human resources.  The qualified candidate will support the Group HR team in the full lifecycle of an employee by handling administrative responsibilities and assisting with the day-to-day handling of HR activities.

Key Deliverables

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Support the employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and exits

  • Assist with maintaining HR tracking sheets such as recruitment, leave, and new joiner reports

  • Support the team in ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date.

  • Provide support with employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities Provide administrative support across HR functions (recruitment, HR business partnering, learning and development)

  • Assist with contractor administration and general HR documentation

  • Assist with drafting HR documents.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

  • Liaise with internal teams such as the Shared Service Centre for HR-related tasks

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Currently studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field Strong administrative, analytical and organisational skills Good communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of confidentiality and professionalism Eagerness to learn and grow within HR The ideal candidate is Self-driven with a positive attitude Willing to embrace a diversity of tasks and responsibilities Aims to improve processes and procedures to maximize efficiency Highly detail-focused and process-oriented Able to display good time management and organisational skills Able to work and communicate with people from various multi-cultural backgrounds inside and outside the Company
