Key Deliverables

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Assist with performance management and employee evaluations
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields Proven experience in an HR role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
