Participate in defining the company's strategic vision and ensure that the HR function fully contributes to it.Develop HR policy in line with the company's objectives.Promote company values in close collaboration with the HR and Communications department.Implement action plans for attracting, developing and retaining talent.Ensure the internal communication tools are in place to guarantee the dissemination of key information, strengthen employee engagement and ensure their participation in the life of the company.Provide daily support to members of the HR team.Ensure budgetary management of the HR function, by controlling costs related to compensation, training and HR projects.HR data reporting and analysis:Monitor HR performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.Analyze HR data to propose improvements in processes and practices.Managing HR projects and their impact on the company's overall performance.Recruitment and internal mobility management:Supervise the recruitment process: from the development of job descriptions to the selection of candidates, including interviews.Implement mechanisms to promote internal mobility and career management.Develop partnerships with schools and universities to attract new talent.Performance and skills management:Establish and oversee performance evaluation and skills management systems.Advise managers on evaluation tools and methods.Develop training programs tailored to the needs of the company and its employees.Social relationship management:To ensure the proper functioning of social dialogue and respect for collective agreements, labor law and local standards.Manage relations with trade unions and ensure compliance of HR practices with Congolese legislation.Managing conflicts, ensuring the maintenance of a calm social climate, managing workplace well-being programs.Compensation and benefits management:Design and implement a fair, motivating compensation policy that is in line with the local market.Oversee the management of employee benefits and profit-sharing and participation schemes.Talent development and management:Identify the company's key talents and implement strategies for their development and retention.Establish mentoring and leadership programs for high-potential individuals.To ensure the development of a strong and inclusive organizational culture.Administrative Management:Supervise the administrative management of employees (contracts, absences, discipline, etc.).Monitor HR audits and implement corrective actions if necessary.HR service provider management:Supervise and control the proper execution of services by outsourced service providers (training, payroll, etc.).Conduct regular performance evaluations of service providers.
