Recruitment & Selection:
- Identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
- Advertise vacancies and screen applications.
- Conduct or coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Employee Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and employee conduct.
- Handle employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues.
- Support positive relationships between management and employees.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate staff appraisals and performance reviews.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Work with management on performance improvement plans where necessary.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and enforce company HR policies.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company rules and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy and applicable labour regulations.
Training & Development:
- Identify areas where employees require training.
- Organise staff training, seminars, and development programmes.
- Support career development and staff growth.
Employee Welfare:
- Promote a healthy and productive work environment.
- Coordinate staff welfare activities and initiatives.
- Address workplace concerns and help resolve conflicts.
