We are, a first growing FMCG Manufacturing Company located in Nairobi is currently looking for a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance and industrial relations. The role holder will ensure that the organization operates with a productive and engaged workforce while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data, attendance tracking, and overtime calculations.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of labor laws

• Experience handling grievances, disciplinary cases, and workforce compliance.

• Knowledge of payroll processes, training programs, and workplace safety regulations.

• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and employee management systems.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for handling unions and employee relations.

• Active member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Attention to detail in HR documentation and compliance matters.

• Good understanding of health & safety regulations in industrial settings.
