Key Deliverables

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures using
  • HR systems and processes.
  • - Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including
  • compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other
  • personnel packages.
  • - Assist with recruitment and prepare employees for assignments through
  • orientation and training programs.
  • - Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • - Identify and recommend improvements to internal SOPs, team structure,
  • and employee morale.
  • - Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans
  • aligned with business goals.
  • - Schedule management conferences, resolve employee grievances,
  • coach managers, and counsel employees.
  • - Ensure onboarding is high-quality, providing clarity and connection for
  • employees regarding their roles and the company vision.
  • - Prepare, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers.- Handle
  • confidential matters with discretion.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field; Master’s is a plus. - -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR management role. - Extensive knowledge of HR policies, systems, and labor laws. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Fluency in English, French, and local languages (e.g., Luganda).
