- We are seeking a young, dynamic, and safety-conscious HSE Officer to join our team in Warri.
- The successful candidate will provide hands-on HSE support for our operations at a refinery facility, ensuring compliance with company HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices.

- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety standards.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, safety observations, and toolbox talks.
- Monitor compliance with the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and safe work procedures.
- Monitor high-risk activities including hot work, confined space, work at height, lifting operations, excavation, and electrical work.
- Participate in JSA/JHA, incident and near-miss investigations, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
- Monitor proper handling of hazardous materials, waste, and environmental risks.
- Monitor contractors' compliance with site HSE requirements.
- Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic reports on safety performance.
- Support HSE audits, regulatory inspections, and other compliance activities.
- Identify and escalate unsafe acts and conditions and take appropriate action to prevent incidents.
