• Define and implement the HR strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Oversee the organizational structure and support changes.
• To attract and retain the talent necessary for optimal productivity.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviews, selection).
• Design and implement competitive compensation and working conditions policies.
• Identify and promote opportunities for internal mobility and skills development.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure the proper application of social relations processes and support managers.
• Supervise employee well-being and integration programs.
• Manage the Positive Action program and ensure legal compliance.
• Manage the operational budget of the HR department.
Essential Qualities

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Administration or related field. · 7 years of experience in HR, including 3 years in management. • Good communication with top management, unions, and company employees • Proficiency in HR practices (ERP, Payroll, Talent Management, OD). • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Ability to manage conflicts and lead change. • Strong internal customer focus and interpersonal skills. • Behavioral skills • Strategic vision and ability to inspire teams. • Empathy and relational intelligence. • Ability to develop talent and future leaders. |
