- Systems & Data Governance: Act as the "Source of Truth" manager for BambooHR, ensuring 100% data accuracy and synchronization with payroll and biometric platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct proactive reviews of employee records to ensure all documentation meets Citra’s high standards for professional compliance and readiness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Internal Legal Team to standardize employment templates and policies, ensuring they reflect the latest industry best practices.
- External Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for outsourced payroll and HR service providers, ensuring their outputs align with internal benchmarks.
- Process Optimization: Refine onboarding and offboarding workflows to create a seamless, automated experience that captures all necessary requirements without friction.
- Reporting: Maintain high-level dashboards (Heat Maps) to provide leadership with transparency into organizational health and growth readiness.

| Human Resource Management | BambooHR Expert (Mandatory): Deep technical proficiency in managing and optimizing BambooHR. System Fluency: Working knowledge of Simplepay, ERS Biometrics, and Google Workspace is highly advantageous. Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in HR administration, governance, or a similar data-centric HR role. Education: A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skill: Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (data reconciliation, pivot tables, etc.). Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information with total discretion. Attributes: A positive outlook toward learning and change, a "team player" mentality, and an obsessive eye for detail. |
