Job Description

RCL FOODS is looking to recruit an energetics, team player to joing the HR team in PMB. The individual will need to be able to engage with staff, must be open minded when handling situations with staff and must be sensitive to staff matters.

Key Deliverables

Time and Attendance

  • Load new employees
  • terminate employees from terminal
  • Ensure leave forms, absenteeism,training hours IOD all reflects on T&A system
  • Ensure time sheets are approved before the 2nd of every month
  • Log call with control desk

Payroll and Administration

  • Ensure payroll is processed

HR Administration

  • Prepare termination docs
  • Complete maternity leave forms
  • Filling
  • Provide HR manager with monthly stats e.g engagements, terminations,absenteesim
  • Update union memebership list, set up union and EE meetings
  • Ensure Provident fund forms and filled in correctly and submitted
  • Add new mployees on TT

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Grade 12 or NQF level 4/5/6
  • Diploma in HR is advantageous
  • 2+years as payroll clerk/HR administrator
  • Manufacturing exposure an advantage
  • Good Computer literacy, especially excel
  • Fluent in zulu is advantageous
  • General knowledge of IR and ER and well as CCMA
  • General knowledge of BCEA and LRA acts
  • Trac-Tec cloking system an advantage

General

  • Maybe required to assis in any aspect of the business from time to time
  • Accurate and timeous payroll administration of other HR requirements
