Job Description
Structure and develop an integrated portfolio of projects and financial solutions. * Mobilize and deploy green and climate finance. * Facilitate access to sustainable energy and environmental solutions for households, communities, MSMEs, and large enterprises. * Develop projects in the following areas: hydropower, solar, mini-grids, energy efficiency, and productive uses.

Define and lead the pillar's operational strategy, aligned with the institutional strategy, national priorities, and donor requirements; * Develop and oversee a portfolio of bankable clean energy, environment, and climate projects; * Transform strategic priorities into funding opportunities, in coordination with internal and external partners. * Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from identification to closure. Ensure the technical, fiduciary, environmental, social, and regulatory compliance of projects. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with public, private, and financial stakeholders. * Ensure reporting, coordination, and visibility of the pillar (impact data, dashboards, capitalization). * Ensure the confidentiality of information and compliance with internal tools and procedures. * Ensure professional management of partners and beneficiaries, ensuring their satisfaction. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of activities and processes. * Report any risks or incidents in accordance with internal procedures. * Promote a positive image of the institution.

| Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering & Environmental Sciences | Hold, at a minimum, a university degree at the BAC+5 level issued by an accredited higher education institution • Hold at least a master's degree in Environmental Project Finance, Energy and/or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Economics, Climate, Sustainable development, or a related field. Dual expertise in the sector (energy, environment) and finance is highly desirable. • Demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in financing or structuring projects in the energy, environment or climate sectors, and 3 years in managing a team or project portfolio • Proven skills in green finance, financial modeling, due diligence and environmental and social management systems, Measurement, Reporting and Verification (Carbon/Climate MRV), carbon finance, as well as a good knowledge of the DRC and/or Central African context • Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English would be a major asset.
