MAIN MISSIONSEnsure mileage tracking and daily fleet usageRecord and update vehicle movementsMonitor and analyze fuel consumptionMonitor vehicle insurance, administrative documents and complianceManaging fleet data in management systemsEnsure the monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance operationsUtilizing vehicle GPS/GSM tracking systemsProduce regular reports on fleet performancePropose actions to optimize costs and improve efficiency4. AREAS OF PERFORMANCECollection, processing and reporting of vehicle dataUse of fleet tracking and management systemsRigorous monitoring of the maintenance scheduleAnalysis of fuel consumption and associated costsManagement of vehicle movement and usage data5. Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Procurement, Logistics , Supply Chain Management 6. TRAINING & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in: Management Sciences Logistics and transport Management information systems Car maintenance Administration or equivalent field Experience in fleet management or logistics (preferred) Good analytical and data processing skills Basic knowledge of car insurance and vehicle tax management Proficiency in GPS tracking tools and fleet management systems 7. TECHNICAL SKILLS Proficiency in database management Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems (GPS/GSM) Understanding of basic automotive mechanics Use of fleet and transport management software Ability to analyze vehicle performance data 8. PERSONAL QUALITIES Initiative and autonomy Ability to work with minimal supervision Rigour and organizational skills Good priority management Team spirit and effective communication Diplomacy and conflict management Ability to train and raise awareness among users Strong results orientation and continuous improvement 9. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Contribute to the company's logistical performance by ensuring efficient, transparent and optimized management of the vehicle fleet, while reducing costs and improving vehicle availability.
