Key Deliverables

  • Own and deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, ensuring timely and reliable financial information
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
  • Improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting structures to support a growing organization
  • Support audits, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including accounting and operations) to enhance cost visibility and operational decision-making
  • Optimize financial systems and tools, including ERP, to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and scalability

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Finance, Accounting And Assurance Services Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAN) required. 10 - 15 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within manufacturing or product-driven environments Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and financial planning processes Proven ability to translate financial and operational data into clear business insights Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with high integrity and attention to detail.
