  • Ensuring accurate customer data and proper loan processing
  • Driving loan applications and collections
  • Coordinating field activities and community sensitisation
  • The Field Agent Manager serves as the link between agents and the organization, ensuring standards, performance, and accountability are maintained.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proven experience in Field Service and the ability to work independently in diverse locations Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments Knowledge of the financial services sector and local regulatory frameworks is an advantage Degree or relevant certification required; OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
