Review report on the state of primary healthcare infrastructure.
- Field assessment report on infrastructure gaps
- Develop a standard infrastructure model adapted to the Burundian context, from initial contact to district hospital, to ensure the availability and operational capacity of quality, person-centered healthcare services
- Contribute to the infrastructure costing in the roadmap for the health sector investment plan, with a view to universal health coverage
- Propose a standard infrastructure plan adapted to the environment, taking into account the different levels of the healthcare pyramid (health post, community health center, and district hospital)
- Propose a standard infrastructure pricing framework (health post, community health center, and district hospital)
- Participate in validation workshops to finalize infrastructure priorities
- Prioritize infrastructure investments, considering effectiveness, efficiency, economy, ethics, and equity
- Conduct a cost estimate for infrastructure essential for equitable and sustainable UHC in Burundi
- Validation workshop reports.
