Job Description

This role forms part of the Employee Experience function. The incumbent is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and user centred content that simplifies processes and enhances every stage of the employee journey. In collaboration with the Head: Employee Experience, you will liaise with business stakeholders to translate complex processes into clear, accessible experiences that support and enhance employee experience initiatives.

Key Deliverables

INTERNAL PROCESS

  • Partners with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and co create content and employee experience elements.
  • Translates technical or complex information into user friendly materials that support navigation, learning, and self-service.
  • Designs the structure, flow, and logic of employee journeys to ensure intuitive engagement and ease of use.
  • Creates content that enhances the overall employee experience, structured, meaningful, and aligned to learning principles.
  • Ensures version control and maintains an updated repository of all content and employee experience components.
  • Aligns all materials with brand, communication, and employee experience standards.
  • Drives quality through consistent application of experience guidelines and quality assurance recommendations.
  • Supports change initiatives by developing content and experiences that enable adoption of new initiatives.
  • Shares knowledge across teams to build capability and consistency in experience delivery.
  • Drives own performance to achieve business objectives and contribute to employee experience excellence.
  • You will also support the design of content that is intuitive and effective across all employee-facing channels and systems.
  • Ability to manage and organise multiple tasks.
  • Provide support for the design and development of content.

CLIENT

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
  • Enable best practice service that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues quickly to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Deliver consistently on service level agreements to support trust and reliability in experience delivery.
  • Manage tight timelines to ensure service delivery to clients.

FINANCE

  • Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency through smarter employee experience solutions.
  • Participate in risk identification processes.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Media, Advertising And Branding Diploma/degree in digital content, Employee Experience graphic design, similar. 3–5 years experience’ in content development. Experience in a financial services or insurance environment. Knowledge of corporate branding, compliance and employee communication. Knowledge of instructional design principles and storytelling. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, Adobe, Articulate and other content development software. Knowledge of skills development and labour legislation will be an advantage
