Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Emergency Aid and Response Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Public Health, International Law, Public Health in Emergency, Nutrition, WASH, International relations, Humanitarian action, Management, Administration and any other related fields. Work Experience: Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience in developing countries in planning, implementing, and monitoring of emergency programs with either NGO, UN and/or IO in humanitarian context is mandatory At least two years working at international level in complex emergency situations implementing emergency programmes, including at least one year working at field level. At least two years of proven experience in implementing Rapid response program in the context of recurrent population movement and public health emergencies is mandatory. Proven experience in supply and budget management is mandatory Experience in multi-stakeholder co-ordination and facilitation Skills: Budget management, Supply management, Humanitarian, Training, Stakeholder management. Language Requirements: Fluency in French and Intermediate level of English are required.
