• Driving vehicles to approved destinations in accordance with traffic regulations.
• Undertaking minor mechanical repairs when required.
• Taking vehicles due for routine maintenance or repair to the appointed service agent.
• Maintaining motor vehicle log books.
• Conducting pre-inspection of the assigned vehicle before travelling.
• Reporting mechanical damages or defects identified during vehicle inspections.
• Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the vehicle at all times.
• Ensuring that valid documents and permits are acquired before the commencement of any journey.
• Promptly reporting accidents or incidents involving vehicles to the relevant authority.
• Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisors.
