Key Deliverables

  • Ensures that the equipment and valid documentation are present in the vehicle before any movements.
  • Complete the logbook after each movement.
  • Performs daily and weekly vehicle inspections and completes inspection reports.
  • Ensures that technical checks and preventive maintenance (A, B and C) are carried out at the scheduled time.
  • Report and document problems as soon as they are identified.
  • Adopt a driving style adapted to road conditions.
  • Ensures that authorization is obtained before allowing a person who does not work with NRC to travel in their vehicle and has the document provided for this purpose signed.
  • Knows and applies the contents of the driver's manual.
  • Checks with project teams on ongoing activities
  • Works in accordance with NRC policies, tools, manuals and guidelines
  • Ensures that work is carried out in accordance with his work plan and development plan.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Driving Professional experience in a support service role within a humanitarian context. Previous professional experience in complex and unstable environments. Proven results in relation to the responsibilities of the position. Driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years. Good knowledge of mechanics. Good knowledge of French and local languages Documents to attach: up-to-date CV, cover letter, training certificates, diploma, current driver's license and other necessary documents.
