- Prepare and send quotations to non-maintenance customers for services, additional parts, and repair jobs.
- Contact non-maintenance customers to track their machine hours and ensure that services are up to date.
- Capture daily timesheets and overtime on Sage.
- Invoice monthly maintenance and excess hours for all maintenance-related customers and submit to relevant client.
- Capturing daily Technician timesheets & overtime
- Compiling of monthly incentive reports
- Assisting with invoicing
- Closing of internal job cards
- Drafting of quotations and timeous submission to clients
