Winpart Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk - Kinshasa

We are looking for a  Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk for Winpart.
Responsibilities :
The Spare Parts Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, preparing, and processing orders ( receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping) to ensure product availability for customers.

• Receive the goods and check their conformity
• Report anomalies and record stock entries
• Ensure optimal storage and organization of rooms
• Ensure the proper storage of products, and the cleanliness and safety of the store.
• Conduct inventories (cycle and annual)
• Ensure inventory accuracy and address inventory discrepancies
• Prepare customer and workshop orders on time
• Managing emergencies, ensuring the packaging and delivery of parts
• Provide support at the counter and advise customers as needed
• Contributing to customer satisfaction
• Apply the logistics procedures and safety rules
• Participate in process improvement
