Job Description

We’re hiring sharp laptop sales agents to sell refurbished laptops in bulk to shops & B2B clients. Build your own client base, push new stock, and close fast. You must know laptop basics or learn fast. Location flexible (Nairobi/Mombasa/etc). Base + aggressive commission. Closers only!

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years


Mission:

Build and maintain a recurring customer base (mainly retail shops and some B2B) who regularly buy refurbished/used laptops in bulk. Responsible for driving consistent sales by identifying leads, pushing current stock, and closing deals — fast.

Key Deliverables

1. Client Network Building

• Find and develop relationships with laptop shops, retailers, and businesses that buy regularly.

• Visit, call, or message them consistently.

2. Sales Execution

• Every time new stock arrives, follow up with your client list and close quickly.

• Push high-demand models and understand urgency.

3. Lead Generation (No waiting for leads)

• Cold calls, store visits, WhatsApp, email — whatever it takes.

• You own your pipeline.

4. Product Understanding

• Must know or be able to learn laptop basics quickly (brands, specs, price ranges, etc).

• Should understand the local market (players in market, what sells fast, pricings, gimmicks).

• We don’t have time to train someone from zero unless they’re a super achievers and ca prove it.

5. Reporting & Process Discipline

• Daily updates (Google Sheets)/CRM

• Morning and evening team syncs.

6. Location Flexibility

• Can work from any major town with a strong buyer base (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, etc).

7. Performance Metrics

• Number of calls, visits, deals closed.

• Stock movement speed.

• Client retention & repeat orders.

• Already understands laptop basics or is a very fast learner.

• Comfortable with fieldwork, talking to people, and closing deals.

• Doesn’t need hand-holding.

• Wants to grow inside a fast, circular tech company.


Special Benefits for this Position

• Base salary + commission (uncapped)
