Wellbeing Facilitators at Cosmos Wellbeing Limited

We are looking for Wellbeing Facilitators who enjoy working with people and can guide them toward positive, engaging, and meaningful experiences.

The Role

• Wellbeing Facilitators act as guides and facilitators of wellbeing experiences.
• They create an environment where people feel comfortable participating, connecting with others, exploring new experiences, and developing healthier and more fulfilling ways of living. 
  

• Welcome and engage members and participants.
• Guide people through wellbeing-focused experiences and activities.
• Help participants feel comfortable, included, and engaged.
• Encourage participation without being forceful or controlling.
• Facilitate meaningful conversations and social interactions.
• Motivate people to explore new experiences.
• Support participants in pursuing their personal wellbeing goals.
• Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Observe participants and provide appropriate guidance when needed.
• Encourage healthy social connections and community participation.
• Coordinate and facilitate group experiences.
• Help participants get the most value from their Cosmos Wellbeing experience.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve participant experiences.
• Represent the values and culture of Cosmos Wellbeing.
