Key Deliverables

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and originate new business opportunities across institutional, corporate, and retail segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth initiatives.
  • Promote the organisation’s investment and asset management products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial and investment solutions for clients.
  • Represent the organisation at business meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
  • Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in business development, marketing, relationship management, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, investment products, and financial markets.
  • Professional qualifications such as CIS, ACA, CFA, ICAN,MBA, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Must have prior experience as anInvestment and Wealth Manager
  • Proven ability to meet business growth and revenue targets.
  • Very strong industry network and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
