As the Utilities Co-ordinator, you will: Operational & Technical Leadership Coordinate and supervise all maintenance activities related to plant utilities, ensuring departmental goals and production uptime targets are met. Manage utilities operations teams, including boiler plant operations. Drive plant optimization initiatives and support maintenance strategy execution. Ensure Preventative Maintenance schedules are generated and managed effectively. Compliance & Safety Take ownership of OHS Act compliance inspections, including statutory inspections of pressurised and lifting equipment. Maintain safety and good housekeeping standards within the planning environment. Manage statutory equipment databases using OnKey and MS Access. People & Performance Management Lead, develop, and mentor the utilities team to achieve departmental and individual performance goals. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and support training and development planning. Delegate effectively based on team strengths and development needs. Process, Customer & Financial Delivery Streamline work instructions and drive process improvements. Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/contractors. Support budgeting processes and ensure resource efficiency. Ensure adequate tools, materials, and training resources are available to the team.
