NoKey Deliverables
- Correctly shelve, label and store shipments according to GSOP standards.
- Conduct daily store checks and ensure all bonded shipments are accounted for.
- Update SIS and ensure accurate scanning of all shelves and pieces.
- Manage multi‑shelf, part, and pre‑advised shipments daily.
- Process check‑outs: draw, verify and release shipments accurately.
- Prepare, scan and lodge RIB shipments with the airline.
- Draw, prepare and submit shipment documents to Imports timeously.
- Handle pre‑cleared shipments and liaise with Imports for missing documentation.
- Complete bond reconciliations and in‑bond clearance reporting.
- Support supervisors with daily operational tasks and uphold all GSOP requirements.
Professional Qualifications

| Aviation, Airport Operations & Management | Previous courier/logistics industry experience. Customs knowledge/experience is an advantage. Matric (Grade 12). Valid Code 8 or 10 driver’s licence. Strong PC literacy and familiarity with ECIS, ACA, LRT, MNIV, OCNT. Completion of DHL CIS Mandatory Training (or willingness to complete). |
