Key Deliverables

  • Training Facilitation: Lead engaging and impactful training sessions for employees across various departments, focusing mainly on technical skills but may also include soft skills.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs, design customized training programs, and develop learning materials and resources (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules).
  • Learning Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to identify skill gaps and areas for development across the organization.
  • Instructional Design: Create and adapt training content to meet the diverse learning styles and levels of participants, ensuring that all learning objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Facilitate new hire onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company and culture, while also providing role-specific training.
  • Evaluation & Feedback: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance tracking. Adjust content and delivery methods based on this feedback.
  • Employee Development: Support ongoing development initiatives, including leadership training, career advancement programs, and professional certification programs.
  • Training Logistics & Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions, manage training resources, and ensure all logistical aspects are in place to deliver a seamless learning experience.
  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in adult learning, training technologies, and employee development.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a training or learning and development role, with a strong track record of delivering training programs in a corporate environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in instructional design, learning and development or facilitation are a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a variety of learners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in designing and delivering training using a variety of platforms (in-person, virtual, e-learning).
  • Ability to assess learning needs, develop training materials, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
