- Make Inbound and Outbound Calls to prospective clients
- Proactively contact existing and potential customers to promote banking products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions (e.g., loans, accounts, cards)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
