Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales & Customer Service Executive to join its growing team. This position plays a key role in driving business growth through a combination of outbound sales calls, lead management, and customer support.

Key Deliverables

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information and support.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with quotations, orders, and post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets and enhance customer retention.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 Years Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Positive attitude, results-oriented, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
