Job Description

As a Tele Recoveries Officer, your main duty will be to actively support recovery initiatives, ensuring that monthly performance targets are not just met, but surpassed whenever possible.

Key Deliverables

  • Maximize recoveries and ensure that monthly targets are met and or surpassed.
  • Ensure compliance to recoveries operational risk framework requirements.
  • Ensure that monthly recoveries targets are achieved at an individual and team level.
  • Support Business (RMs) in form of monitoring Employer performances and review of performance to develop action plans to address shortcomings.
  • Ensure customers are treated fairly in the course of doing recoveries work.
  • Monitor on day-to-day basis charged off customers, analyse the accounts and establish why they are chargedoff.
  • Contact individuals and organizations to arrange payments that are acceptable to them and the bank
  • Report any unusual findings while collecting to the Collections Head.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
