Objectives of this Role

  • Resolve support tickets quickly and professionally.
  • Assist with DevOps and QA tasks.
  • Help maintain platform documentation and reliability.

Your Tasks:

  • Monitor infrastructure and application performance.
  • Assist in deployment processes and rollback procedures.
  • Respond to client requests and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain internal FAQs and knowledge base.
  • Help test new configurations and automation scripts.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Basic understanding of Linux, containers, and support tools.
  • Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2+ years in tech support or DevOps environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certification in Helpdesk or DevOps fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Ansible or container platforms.
