Key Deliverables

  • Drafting the specifications with the client: functional description, budget envelope, planning (commitments, payments), quality criteria.  
  • Participate in monitoring the execution of the project until its closure: check the deliverables of the service providers, the tests before commissioning, establish the functional acceptance report.  
  • Writing reports, summaries, and reports  
  • Contribute to client deliverables (technical studies) provided by the project team.  
  • Propose suitable solutions in conjunction with the technical teams;
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies in collaboration with subject matter experts; Prepare service demonstrations    
  • Process orders and verify technical compliance before sending them to production; Diagnose first-level problems and refer them to specialist services;
  • Handles commercial disputes related to technical issues;
  • Participate in the preparation of business proposals;
  • Provide a first level of technical support;
  • Propose suitable solutions in conjunction with the technical teams

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Retail Possessing a strong sense of teamwork, genuine management skills, and a high level of motivation to deliver innovative solutions to project challenges Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales To know : The organization of the company and its various professions Internal and external contacts and networks within the company Administrative management procedures specific to its department or entity. Customer service orientation. Mastery of insurance and reinsurance techniques; rules, standards and safety guidelines
