Kirin Pipes Co. Ltd is a fast-growing Kenyan manufacturer of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) and HDPE pressure pipes, serving the water, sewerage, and drainage sectors. Key Deliverables

● Identify and prospect new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and distributors in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

● Build and maintain strong, professional relationships that support long-term business growth.

● Present and educate clients on the features and benefits of Kirin’s DWC and HDPE pipes, fittings, and related solutions.

● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

● Prepare and deliver sales pitches, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.

● Ensure consistent follow-up and account management to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.

● Collaborate closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

● Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the infrastructure materials sector.

● Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market developments.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities

● Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Minimum 3 years of proven experience selling non-fast-moving industrial or construction products (e.g., pipes, construction materials, or engineering solutions).

● Solid understanding of infrastructure and construction supply chains.

● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

● Ability to manage multiple client accounts with minimal supervision.

● Familiarity with Nairobi routes and key industry players is an advantage.

● Valid driving license preferred.

● Prior experience marketing or selling HDPE, DWC, or related products is a significant plus.


Special Benefits for this Position

  • Total Monthly Package: KES 40,000 – 100,000 (inclusive of basic salary, performance-based KPIs, and commissions).
  • Top performers can exceed the upper range through commissions.
