• Ensure all parking equipment are functioning properly.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Perfore routine maintenace.
• Supervise daily parking operations to ensure efficiency and smooth traffic flow within the facility.
• Ensure all parking equipment, including; ticket dispensers, payment machines, and barriers are functioning properly.
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.
