About the position:

1. CONTEXT

SODEICO, specializing in the recruitment and provision of qualified personnel, is seeking a Technical Consultant for the position of Technical / Integration Support Analyst on behalf of one of its clients.

The main mission of the position holder will be to support data and system integrations, provide project technical support and respond to technical needs related to enterprise systems and digital platforms.

Key Deliverables

The incumbent of this position will perform the following main tasks:

  • Systems Integration: Participate in data and systems integrations.
  • Project Support: Contribute to project technical support for the company's platforms and systems.
  • Interfaces & APIs: Participate in reporting activities, API management, data migration and interfaces.
  • Business Support: Providing continuous technical support to functional and business teams.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of APIs, databases, reporting tools or cloud technologies is highly valued.
  • Personal skills: Strong analytical ability and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications (an asset): Cloud, data, integration, APIs, BI or enterprise systems certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SQL, ETL, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent).

• Must reside in the DRC and be available to travel for work if needed.Personal Qualities:

  • Autonomy and organizational skills;
  • Dynamism and initiative;
  • Perseverance and results orientation;
  • Rigour in monitoring activities;
  • Ability to work under pressure.

5. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology (IT), Computer Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, integration, data or application support.

6. LANGUAGES

  • Perfect command of French (written and spoken): Required;
  • Good level of English (written and spoken): Required for reporting and communication with the remote team.
