TDR – Associate Director logistics & procurement

The Associate Director of Logistics & Procurement fosters organizational efficiency and sustainability through the effective management of a range of support services.
This role is part of the leadership team, which is collectively responsible for driving the organization toward growth, sustainability, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The leadership team works together to achieve the organization's mission and objectives.

• Define and manage the logistics strategy : Develop/update the supply and flow management policy, in accordance with MSI's overall strategy to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplies : Oversee the purchase of goods and services for departments, the receipt of goods and the management of supplier relationships.
• Optimize inventory : Manage inventory levels to ensure turnover, minimize costs while guaranteeing product availability.
• Coordinate transport and distribution: Organize and plan transport, negotiate with service providers and ensure fast and efficient delivery to customers.
• Supervise storage and warehousing : Ensure the organization of warehouses, optimize storage spaces and control handling.
• Managing teams : Building, supervising and motivating logistics and procurement teams to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Monitor performance and quality : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier monitoring and service quality, in order to continuously improve processes.
• Contribute to internal customer satisfaction : Ensure the maintenance of a high level of internal customer service and implement strategies to increase their satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance and monitoring : Ensuring compliance with current regulations and conducting technological monitoring to adopt innovations that will improve logistics.
