Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Group Technology & Transformation Talent Acquisition team by delivering holistic tasks around coordination, operational and analytical duties across the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.
The role provides hands-on exposure to professional Talent Acquisition practices within a large, complex organisation. Under close supervision, the intern develops core recruitment, customer service, and data management capabilities. The TA Intern will join and work closely with a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Partners who service the Group Technology and Transformation portfolios.

End-to-end recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding readiness

Candidate engagement and communication management

Recruitment data tracking, reporting, and operational governance
Data Collection and Analysis

Perform basic data entry tasks, including data verification.

Provide operational leverage to Senior TA

Ensure continuity, quality, and governance across all people processes
Operational Compliance & Governance

Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.

Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Assist with planning and executing graduate and intern programme cycles

Complete pre-boarding documentation, stakeholder coordination, and readiness tracking

Support EVP campaign execution and recruitment marketing logistics

Professional Qualifications
