We are recruiting a Supervisor for one of our clients who operates in the Infrastructure sector.


The Supervisor's role is to oversee and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. They play a key role in the success of construction and infrastructure projects by ensuring the effective management of human and material resources.

Key Deliverables

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the site teams to ensure compliance with plans, deadlines and budgets.
  • To plan and organize the human and material resources necessary for the completion of projects.
  • Monitor the progress of the work and report regularly to management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures on the construction site.
  • Coordinate activities with other trades to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • To resolve technical and operational problems that may arise on the construction site.
  • To train and mentor new employees to ensure their integration and professional development.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Participate in the development of project plans and cost estimates.
  • Ensure the management of material stocks and site equipment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the worksite to guarantee the safety and efficiency of operations.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • Degree in project management, civil engineering, construction or a related field (minimum BAC+2).
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in a supervisory or site management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, safety standards and project management procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical diagrams.
  • Excellent team management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong sense of organization and planning to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate with other professions.
  • Sense of responsibility and strict adherence to safety standards on the construction site.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Availability to work on different construction sites depending on the project needs.
  • Sense of leadership and ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Proficiency in project management IT tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
