  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and HR for smooth branch operations.
  • Monitor sales performance.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement departments for operational synergy.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Retail Trade Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or supermarket operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented approach and operational discipline. Ability to coordinate field and administrative teams effectively.
