Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sourcer at a growing U.S.-based company. The Sourcer will be responsible for the defined responsibilities as outlined below.

As a Sourcer, you will be instrumental in identifying and connecting talented individuals with diverse opportunities across international markets. Serving as a primary contact for candidates, you will work closely with clients to understand and fulfill their specific talent needs. Your role will encompass coordinating the recruitment process, managing key relationships, and actively enhancing our recruitment strategies for sustained success.

Key Deliverables

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates using a range of channels, including job boards, social platforms, networks, and databases.
  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to gauge candidate interest and suitability for current or future roles.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate profiles in the ATS and other recruiting tools.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines to support recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Highlight and promote top-tier candidates to the Recruitment Operations team to ensure a steady flow of strong talent and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Provide sourcing support to the Recruitment Operations team for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Partner with team members to achieve team KPIs and contribute to a collaborative and high-performance sourcing culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with sourcing best practices and implement improvements to enhance productivity.

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification
Human Resource Management More than 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or RPO Strong sourcing, people support, and decision-making skills Able to deliver exceptional candidate quality in line with the client's role expectations Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in recruitment management tools and software, e.g., RCRM, Workable, etc. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
