The Store and Purchasing Manager is responsible for:- Receive and check external deliveries- Manage the flow of goods into and out of the various workshops according to the established standards.- To rigorously develop supplier specifications according to needs- Research new suppliers for investments, products or services- Monitor suppliers and resolve problems or disputesTo do this:- Prepare orders according to the expressed needs- Deliver orders to the workshops- Ordering and/or recommending products and equipment- Conduct inventories- Carry out the necessary checks- Respect the FIFO- Clean and tidy your workstation- Keep stock records up-to-date and accurate;- Keep the receipt and delivery "goods" records;- Ensure that stocks are not depleted and inform your line manager if necessary;- Update the data related to the supply;- To control and enforce the rules of inventory management procedures;- Ensure the conformity and quality of products in relation to the expressed needs;- Ensure the proper condition of the equipment used to store goods and inform your line manager in case of damage;Carefully develop supplier specifications according to needs

• Define the maximum cost price in relation to the selling price of the models
• Add up the costs of parts and time, according to the provisional bill of materials for the prototype, with a percentage of unknowns.
• Suggest modifications to correct the prototype and reduce its cost price
• Negotiate purchases with each supplier
• Define the terms of ordering, delivery, payment, etc.; establish a purchase contract taking into account all the necessary technical, economic, and legal guarantees.

Seeking new suppliers for investments, products or services

• Research markets, gather information on potential new suppliers via the internet, trade shows, magazines, and databases; update your information base by expanding it internationally.
• To put suppliers in competition with each other who are likely to meet the requirements for cost, time and quantity, and to select them according to the criteria defined with the company's management.

Monitor suppliers and resolve problems or disputes

• Collect, during production, the information necessary for supplier monitoring
• Monitor contract execution and follow up with suppliers as needed to minimize errors or delivery delays.
• Check the delivered goods, their transport conditions, and/or the conformity of the services
• Check invoices, resolve disputes
• Evaluate the quality of suppliers

Expected results

• Price, quality and delivery times of purchased products improve production profitability
• Lean supply chain with no stockouts or overstocking, reliable suppliers
• Updated dashboards

Other tasks (non-exhaustive list):-Technical assistance missions can be carried out on other sites in the network (audits, training, support for action plans, etc.).-These missions can relate to both airline catering and "food services" activities.
