Key Deliverables

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of tools, equipment, and materials used for cooling system services.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management software or manual logs.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with procurement, technicians, and project teams to ensure required materials are available for field operations.
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and safe storage of items following company and HSE standards.
  • Track usage of critical parts and report any discrepancies, losses, or damages.
  • Supervise the loading and dispatch of materials to various work sites or technicians.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols within the store environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and logistics personnel to follow up on orders and deliveries.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • 3+ years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management (preferably in a technical or service-based company).
  • Familiarity with HVAC or cooling systems parts and tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and storage procedures for technical equipment.
