Store / Inventory Officer at Autostoresng

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts (cycle counts and physical stock-taking).
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock; reconcile with purchase orders.
• Record damaged, missing, or faulty stock and initiate appropriate action.
• Monitor product shelf life (where applicable) and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).

E-commerce Fulfillment Support:

• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
• Liaise with the customer service team to provide inventory updates and resolve stock-related issues.
• Ensure that high-demand items are readily available and out-of-stock products are reordered promptly.

System & Process Management:

• Utilize inventory software/ERP systems for real-time tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics to maintain seamless supply chain operations.
• Support regular audits and implement process improvements for inventory control.

Warehouse Operations;

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store/warehouse environment.
• Ensure goods are stored properly, labeled accurately, and easy to locate.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics including courier dispatch coordination.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit inventory reports, loss reports, and stock movement logs.
• Maintain documentation of all inventory movements and transactions.
• Analyze stock data to identify trends, fast/slow-moving items, and make recommendations.
