Salary: N70,000 / month.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, countertops, floors, and walls.

Stocking and Inventory:

• Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies, including food, beverages, and utensils.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.

Waste Management:

• Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
• Ensure recycling guidelines are followed.
• Minimize waste through proper handling and usage of materials.

Support for Kitchen Operations:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean and ready-to-use equipment.
• Transport food or supplies between storage and preparation areas as needed.

Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards:

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs for equipment and kitchen facilities.
