For the construction of a 200 MW photovoltaic solar power plant coupled with a battery storage system of over 500 MWh, they are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager (M/F) capable of leading all stages of construction and commissioning. itiative, and willingness to learn are valued.

Key Deliverables

  • Ensure overall project management (budget monitoring, planning, quality, safety, regulatory compliance).
  • Coordinate local and international teams involved in engineering, construction and commissioning.
  • To provide support for the execution of technical and engineering studies (civil, electrical, network integration, storage systems).
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Implement rigorous monitoring of the schedule and budget with regular reporting to management.
  • Prepare the various reports requested by the investors in accordance with the contract signed with them.
  • Ensure HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance on the construction site.
  • Prepare and monitor the commissioning and transfer to operation phase.
  • Anticipate technical, financial and organizational risks and propose appropriate solutions.

Essential Qualities

Essential Qualities
  • You hold an engineering degree in electrical, energy, civil or mechanical engineering.
  • You have relevant experience on large-scale energy projects, ideally solar PV power plants ≥100 MW and/or battery storage systems.
  • You have solid experience in site management in complex environments (Africa, mining areas, isolated sites).
  • You have a mastery of photovoltaic technologies, international standards (IEC, NF) and HSE procedures.
