 Job Title: Solar Grid Site Manager

Location: Edo

Description

• We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join our clean energy company in the role of Solar Grid Site Manager.
• The Site Manager will be responsible for operating and maintaining a 200 – 1,000kWp solar grid. Candidates should be knowledgeable about solar technology, inverters, and batteries.
• Candidates should also have experience monitoring and managing power systems, whether it be solar, gas, or another energy class.
• The Site Manager will need to relocate to the site of the solar grid.

System Monitoring and Operations:

• Proactively manage generation and storage assets to ensure reliable operation
• Monitor system KPIs and make plans to correct any shortfalls
• Report to management on system operations
• Repair damaged distribution lines when needed.

Communication:

• Communicate professionally with clients and maintain the good reputation of the company
• Respond promptly to client questions or concerns
• Communicate quickly and effectively with MykroGrid management to address any concerns and to report on the status of the assets.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of any faults that arise and report promptly on issues requiring corrective action.
