- TikTok & Live Engagement: Host regular live sessions on TikTok and other social platforms to showcase solar products, answer customer questions, and promote offers.
- Video Creation: Plan, record, and edit creative short-form videos (reels, stories, product demos, and testimonials) that highlight product benefits.
- Content Development: Design engaging visuals and captions for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube that reflect our vibrant brand personality.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, challenges, and viral content to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
- Community Management: Interact with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement and reach data to improve content quality and strategy.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Attend to walk-in and online customers, offering professional product guidance and support.
- Convert social media inquiries and leads into actual sales through effective communication and follow-up.
- Confidently explain solar product features, pricing, and advantages in a relatable way.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, offers, and product launches.
- Participate in field activations, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive visibility and customer growth.
Conduct & Teamwork
