Job Details

The Production Assistant will play a key role in the chocolate production process, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery used in sourcing, processing, and packaging locally grown cocoa beans into high-quality.

Salary: N70,000 - N80,000 per month.

Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Create compelling and on-brand content (photos, short videos, reels, behind-the-scenes, stories) during on-site visits
Write engaging captions and post copy that reflect our tone and brand values
Monitor social media trends and conversations to help us stay fresh and relevant, and include this info in our content strategy and approach
Come up with engaging content that resonates with our community:
Collaborate with the production team to capture the chocolate-making process and product launches
Track content performance using basic analytics and suggest improvement
Assist with email content, blog posts, and product storytelling

Essential Qualities
1–3 years’ experience managing social media for a brand (bonus if in food, lifestyle, or artisan products) Strong storytelling and visual content skills — confident with a smartphone camera and basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.) Excellent writing skills with a flair for crafting fun, warm, and informative captions Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
