  • Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Identifying target audiences and tailoring content and campaigns to resonate with them.
  • Creating social media calendars and planning content schedules.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Creating engaging and relevant content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, optimized for different platforms.
  • Ensuring content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and guidelines.

  • Curating relevant content from other sources to share with the audience.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills may be required.

Community Management and Engagement:

  • Managing and resolving customer service issues or complaints on social media.

Campaign Management:

  • Creating and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Tracking and analyzing social media performance using various analytics tools.
  • Monitoring key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Identifying trends and insights to optimize social media strategies and content.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice and image across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with other marketing team members and departments to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Staying informed about new social media features and best practices.
  • Managing the social media budget effectively.
  • Identifying and addressing potential social media crises or negative feedback.
